Objective of the position
Deliver strong marketing and sales strategy for current and future lung cancer portfolio. Lead and develop a small team of Key Account Managers and Brand Managers. Drive/implement strong key account management mindset and ensure sales execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Planning & Positioning
Delivery of annual strategic brand plan with a detailed tactical /activity plan
Financial short-, mid- and long-term planning and forecasting
Gain customer insights and develop impactful campaigns and projects based on customer needs and market environment
Determine promotional marketing & channel mix
Seek new promotional and channel opportunities (innovation), like e.g. digital approaches
Operational Plan Delivery and channel stragety & content
Tracking & monitoring of marketing & sales strategy
Sharing best practice across region, brands and local teams and liaise with other markets regarding new campaigns
Manage and coordinate all promotion and communication to customers
Manage promotional budget & develop business cases for new opportunities & return on investments
Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may have a negative impact on sales performance
Customer Mobilisation
Ensure execution of operational plan and brand objectives
Regular contact with field force and Costumers
KEE development & engagement plan to build a pool of strong brand advocates
Run sales team meeting/reviews and actively take part in brand team meetings to ensure cross-functional working
People Development
Lead sales team to meet /achieve established sales targets and deliver operational business goals.
Develop and run sales trainings
Coach team and individuals on an ongoing basis (double field visits)
Essential Requirements
Advanced Natural Science or/and Business Education
Stong knowledge & experience in pharma marketing & sales
Demonstrated experinece in leading teams
Excellent understanding of Austrian pharma market
Understanding and usage of digital opportunities & new media
Strong financial planning and forecasting skills
Campaign- and project management
Strategic thinking
Scientific knowledge in reading publications, interpreting data and transferring it to commercial impact
Cross functional working
Strategic influencing and networking
Innovative way of thinking
Passion for customers
Business level English and German
Driving license B

The starting salary for this position is from 80,000, - annual gross depending on experience. We offer our employees numerous benefits and comprehensive social benefits.
