Sage Hospitality is set to hire an Area Director of Finance who will oversee the beautiful JW Marriott Cherry Creek and the Courtyard Denver Downtown. • Lead and implement financial initiatives with the Executive Committee and department heads
• Be a critical part of the leadership team over both properties

• Has a proven track record as a Director of Finance in a complex environment
• Experienced leader who can effectively manage a team and ensure action plans and goals are attained
• Marriott experience preferred
• Luxury experience preferred
• Renovation experience preferred
• Strong ownership relations

The Area Director of Finance is the financial leader of the hotels. Oversees all areas in finance, especially payroll, budgeting, forecasting and relevant duties. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and provides accurate and timely financial reports as requested by leadership and corporate. Implements internal control procedures that safeguard leaders, owner, assets and complies with Federal, State and Local regulations.

• A four-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.

• Experience required by position is five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
