Job Summary

  • Ensure that function rooms are set-up in accordance with customer satisfaction by supervising set-up staff, and inspecting the function room;
  • Conduct function review with customer, adjust specifications as necessary and performs follow-up to ensure all details are correct;
  • Maintain proper staffing levels, while paying attention to payroll costs;
  • Assures proper sanitation and hygiene techniques with staff;
  • Ensures the timeliness of all banquet activities;
  • Inspect function rooms regularly to ensure the room is maintained and in excellent condition at all times;
  • Provide the proper skills training for all staff on a regular basis so the staff may provide value added service to the guests.
