As Chief Engineer, you will be tasked with maintaining our brand-new Fairfield set to open early 2020. Preventative maintenance, and corrective action on any issues discovered at opening are the top priorities early on in this role. Some of the duties of the chief engineer include purchasing materials or equipment, fulfilling budget requirements when ordering supplies, and keeping stock of necessary inventory.  The chief engineer must work closely with other managers or supervisors to ensure operations run smoothly with little to no negative impact on the guest experience.

Two years of hospitality/engineering experience preferred. Ability to be self-motivated is required, along with being able to come up with creative solutions to whatever problems present themselves and working alongside the rest of the staff in a professional manner.
