Supervise Front Desk Agents while on duty and when FOM is not present. Check-in/out guests, answer phones, speak with guests when needed, assist with hotel and city info. Attend meetings in absence of FOM, run room reports, communicate with other departments as needed for guest service. Coach and counsel staff and assist with guest services.
- Previous hotel front desk supervisory experience preferred, but will consider strong front desk experience as a lead or more than 2 years as a Front Desk Agent in a full service hotel.
- PMS system knowledge a big plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
