• Be available for the Crew and Guests.
• Verifies that brand-specific service programs are in place and executed in line.
• Manage all Front Office operations, guest service, room inventory and availability, cost controls and overall profitability.
• Monitor and develop team member performance. Ensure all Crew have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
