The Front Office Manager position is an integral member of the hotel management team and plays a critical role in the success of the hotel. The position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for setting the tone of the guest arrival experience. You will be tasked with pre-arrival planning for all of our guests, creating schedules for the front desk staff on a weekly basis, ordering requisite supplies for your department along with maintaining an exceptional level of service for everyone who stays with us.

Two years of hospitality experience is preferred, one is required. You must have proficiencies in Microsoft Office, have professionalism in all guest interactions and be self motivated.
