At our beautiful full service hotel located downtown SA, you will responsible for checking-in/out guests, answering phones, checking Marriott site for guest requests, problems, etc. You will give directions to hotel amenities, local attractions and restaurants. Ring up merchandise from Corner Pantry store and maintain a cash bank.
Preferred previous Hotel/Motel Front Desk
experience, and Front Desk PMS system knowledge.
At least 1 yr exp in customer service.
