Your purpose as a Housekeeping Supervisor is to supervise all areas of the housekeeping operation (guest rooms, back-of-house, public areas) Attention to detail is a non-negotiable. You will work closely with leadership to drive initiatives, promote company culture with a focus in Diversity & Inclusion, and focus of development opportunities for the team.

• Inspect all guest check-out rooms for cleanliness, appropriate guest amenities, and the correct working condition of all guest room equipment;
• Report any substandard conditions of the guest room to the Housekeeping department;
• Report any damage or problems with the guest room and room equipment using a Maintenance work order and routing the work order to the Maintenance department;
• Evaluate room attendants on job performance according to the hotel standards. When necessary take appropriate action (retraining, etc.) to ensure that their job performance is at a high-quality level;
• Communicate all vacant and clean rooms, the completion of guest requests, and room status discrepancies to the front office;
• Interact with the hotel's guests in a friendly, positive manner as a solution to their needs and a solution to any of their challenges;
• Shift close-out.

• High School diploma (or equivalency);
• One to two years prior experience;
• Active listening skills: The ability to be fully present in the experience, fully concentrated, and prepared to respond having remembered all that was shared by the guest;
• An uncanny attention to details: No guest detail should be overlooked or taken for granted;
• The ultimate team-player!
