Job Summary
 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an experienced Line Cook to produce all orders as required by business volume and the Chef in an efficient, timely, and high-quality manner. Prepare all food for the next shift and the following day as required and directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following designated recipes
· Stock and maintain designated food station
· Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
· Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
· Performs any other job related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Minimum one year culinary experience required
· ServSafe Certification required
· Culinary Certificate preferred
· Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
