Job Description
we need 20 native english teachers in a english training school in beijing.
Requirements:
Nationality: Native English speaker only
Gender:Not limited,Age Under 60, 24-50 would be better
Educational background:Bachelor degree or above
Teaching experience :A minimum two-year teaching experience (after getting Bachelor degree)
Other requirements:
Home country’s Teaching Certificate or TEFL/ TESOL/ TESL/ CELTA/ TKT certificate (no less than 120-hour training);
Respecting Chinese values and culture; Fit and healthy;
Clean criminal background record Having teaching experience in Asian countries will be preferred;
Willing to teach kids;
Being active and energetic
Teaching details:
Work location:Beijing
Teaching content: English (Journey’s Leveled Readers published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Press)Teaching Assistants are allocated.
Teaching hour:No more than 30 period per week
Length of lesson One period = 40 minutes
Working time:40 hours (overtime work will get deferred holiday or extra pay) Regular work time is Wed-Fri:1pm-8pm
Sat-Sun: 9am-7pm
Class size:Maximum 12 students per class
Students’ age:4 to 13
Benefits package:
Visa:Working visa offered when qualified.
Reimburse costs of work-related certificates (including Foreign Expert Certificate and Residence Permit) as well as expenses of the health check done in China after the employee’s arrival.
Basic Salary Per month:
(Before tax)RMB 11,000,RMB 12,000;RMB 13,000
Ranked according to interview feedback, taking academic, professional and teaching experience into consideration as well
Accommodation :Free Accommodation provided (2000 RMB would be reimbursed as housing allowance to those who do not need provided accommodation) A single bedroom is ensured;
Utilities are not included.
Quarterly Bonus:
(Before tax)When Score reaches 6 in the quarterly performance appraisal:
A RMB1400-6000 quarterly bonus (corresponding to RMB 450-2000 per month) would be assigned on a basis of performance appraisal and teaching hours. Bonus will be paid to most of teachers unless a severe discipline violation occurs. most of the teachers can get 2000rmb bonus per month.
Holiday:China Statutory holidays and 10 days’ paid holiday There is a 2 days’ increasing after every renewal.
Flight ticket:Reimbursement of round-trip tickets is offered. RMB 4000 after eight months contract and another RMB 4000 for the whole year’s contract
Medical insurance:Extra health care
Renewal Bonus: A raise of no less than RMB 1000 per month (before tax) will be added to salary. A bonus equaling one month’s salary (before tax) will be provided. The extra one month salary will be only assigned at the end of the renewed contract.
Other benefits:Free systematic teaching orientation and regular training;
Free Chinese Training after work time;
Free trips and team activities.
