Job Description
Target Audience: This role is ideal for a commission-based, self-motivated sales professional based in China with experience and a network within the Chinese business landscape.

Objective: Expand our BPO service offerings within the Chinese market by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into paying clients.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and target potential clients in China across relevant industries (e.g., e-commerce, finance, healthcare) who could benefit from BPO services.
- Research decision-makers within these companies and build a qualified lead list.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques tailored to the Chinese market, such as:
Attending industry events and trade shows.
- Networking with business associations and chambers of commerce.
- Cold calling and email outreach (consider platforms like WeChat).

Customer Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate how your company's BPO solutions can address their pain points, focusing on cost savings, efficiency gains, and access to specialized skills.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of the Chinese business environment to build trust and rapport.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare compelling sales presentations in Mandarin Chinese, highlighting the benefits of your BPO services and tailored to the Chinese audience.
- Confidently negotiate pricing and contract terms, considering Chinese business practices and communication styles.
- Closing Deals and Ongoing Client Management:
- Secure signed contracts with new clients for your company's BPO services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying - -opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Market Knowledge and Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments within the BPO industry, particularly those impacting the Chinese market.
- Possess a strong understanding of the various BPO service offerings provided by your company and their value proposition for Chinese businesses.

Administrative and Reporting:
- Regularly report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

- Proven success record in B2B sales, preferably within the BPO industry or a related service sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin Chinese, with English fluency a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese business environment and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
