    Duties:
    We are seeking several Freelance Consultants to work closely with our Shanghai Team in the area of international M&A activities. Job specifications are as follows:
  • Ensure thorough understanding of China's macroeconomic factors as driving forces behind the exponential growth of such sectos as information services, professional training, executive development, and high-value corporate learning;

  • Target key stakeholders and partners (mainly international institutions) and explore M&A opportunities;

  • Participate in deal-flow negotiations and meetings; provide support in due diligence and audit process, etc.
