We are looking for a Freelance Event Manager capable to build Creative and Corporate Events

What we want:
• Based in Shanghai
• Strong network of contacts among: designers, marketers, event planners, suppliers, artists, etc.
• 3+ years of experience working in Events industry
• Capable to coordinate and work together with a team of people
• Creative but pragmatic
• Able to meet short time deadlines and deliver great results within the given time and resources


What you will do:
• Working on the Event proposal to be delivered on May 20th 2016 (Friday), this will include but not limited to:
o Brand research and understanding
o Event concept creation according to given basic guidelines
o Coordination & management with team of designers and planner, tasks planning, deadlines and time management
o Client relationship through Account Manager (AM)
o Budgeting which will be divided in: PR/Media, Venue, F&B, Talent & performance, AV, Design & decoration.
o Possible sponsorship suggestions

What we offer:
• Office facilities: During working hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30) Internet (through WiFi) desk and stationary material (you will use your own laptop)

• Payment to be discussed depends on the project scale
