Guangzhou Guanri Translation Services Co., Ltd. is recruiting freelance interpreters for on-site Canton Fair and business assignments in Guangzhou and the Pearl River Delta. This is an ongoing interpreter roster. Registration does not guarantee assignments or fixed working hours.

Responsibilities include booth reception, product introductions and business discussions at the Canton Fair in Pazhou, Guangzhou business escort interpreting, and factory visits in Foshan or Dongguan. Some projects involve consecutive interpreting for meetings. The 2026 Canton Fair dates are October 15-19, October 23-27 and October 31-November 4. Attendance and specific assignments are confirmed individually.

Applicants must currently be based in China and be able to attend the agreed location. Guangzhou and the Pearl River Delta are preferred; interpreters in other cities in China are welcome if they can travel to the assignment. All language pairs with Chinese are welcome. Current priorities are Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German. English, Japanese, Korean and other languages are also welcome. Fluent live interpreting in both directions with Chinese is required. Students and freelancers with suitable skills may apply; exhibition and business interpreting experience is preferred.

Indicative fees are CNY 400-1200 per day. Please state your own rate. Scope, hours, location, travel arrangements and settlement are agreed before each assignment. No fixed hours, assignments or allowances are guaranteed.
