Main responsibilities:

• Resource large volume of participants and potential employees for several projects related to AI technology and the localization market, as well as support them through the onboarding process.
• Create and use dynamic and creative social media strategies for mass recruiting (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
• Establish and grow country or market-specific networks of resourcing channels, job boards, partners, vendors etc, that includes building strong relationships with communities and professional services, colleges, agencies, media, and internet resources.
• Create, publish, manage ads and resourcing material for the different requirements.
• Making the most of each application – testing linguists on their main fields of expertise, negotiating their most competitive rates.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• 1 year of previous experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural global environment.
• Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently.
• Outspoken, friendly and have positive attitude to different people.
• Experience using ATS to keep control of the recruitment efforts.
• Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment.
