The Job:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via chat and email.
Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
Take personal ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow-through.
Provide proactive customer communication via email, or live chat when necessary.
Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to employees and customers.

What we’re looking for:

Native French Speaker
Minimum some post secondary education (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
An avid gamer
Previous Customer Service Experience (Gaming Industry Preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A Team Player

Pluses

Knowledge of, and passion for MMORPG’s
Some knowledge of Mandarin
