1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day;
2.Position: French Equestrian Technical Director;
3.Student Age: From young learners to adults;

Job Description

1. Have the ability to train horses independently;
2. Responsible for the care and disease prevention of horses in charge;
3. Train the horses in charge according to school management requirements;
4. Implement equestrian teaching according to teaching syllabus and teaching plan;
5. Responsible for the environmental health of the region in charge;
6. Other tasks assigned by superior leader.

Requirements

1.Native French preferred;
2.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum 2 years of previous equestrian teaching experience;
5.Love equestrian and sincerely treat horses;
6.Proficient in the rules of various sports competitions preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 25,000 to 35,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Furnished apartment provided, spouse & dependents can be accompanied;

5.Flight reimbursement up to 10,000 RMB yearly upon contract completion;
6.Relocation fee 2,000 RMB available;
7.2years contract completion bonus：5% annually salary;
