French Speaking Document Controller Associate

What you will do

The Administration and Contract Support Services (ACSS) Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day ACSS support across different functions to Amgen. You are responsible for supporting contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support. You will adhere to the continuous improvement agenda of the ACCP, support for ACSS including corporate administration and intercompany agreement management.

Our ideal candidate has presentations and data compilation skills. You are good at following the processes and procedures necessary to succeed; understand how to collaborate, work in a large team, have stakeholder management skills, and are set on Project Delivery. You are able to mentor and coach others on the team.

Additional responsibilities will include:

·       Managing contract templates and contract repositories creation (non-legal).

​·       Responsible for managing and drafting intercompany agreements alongside the Tax Team, management of the contract template repository (legal-specific)

·       Responsible for some templates being managed by Legal/Compliance: populating contract templates and managing some repositories (legal-specific)

·       Support the audit team with any requirements/information.

·       Recognizing and escalating problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.

·       Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree, preferably in business, legal or science-based subject.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting teams at different levels.
  • Fluency in French and English, both in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient using MS Office tools.
  • Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility.
  • Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
  • Clearly explains processes and procedures.
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Paralegal skills and/or education.
  • Corporate legal understanding.
  • Fluency in another European language.
