1. Native Speakers from major French Speaking countries or sophistiacted in french from any other countries
2. Have a deep understanding of Chinese culture
3. Bachelor degree or above
4. Positive, patient, reliable, highly-motivated with pleasant personality
5. More than 3 years working experience in teaching or trainaing
