Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Prioritize and execute objectives based on opportunities for market penetration (e.g. develop new market end user, maintain current installed base, create end user pull)
2. Develop annual business plans with to meet sales objectives and attain continued market share growth.
3. Meet or exceed sales budget objectives.
4. Independently handling customer inquiries and orders. Analyzing customer requirements, developing technical solutions and quotations in close cooperation with Augsburg Sales department and other respected departments. Preparing the technical project plan and performing the commercial preparation for the project
5. Creating offers and quotations; cost based pricing in accordance with the company's costing and pricing guidelines.
6. Independently handling of projects in accordance with objectives specified by project management or by the product group leader. Project development in accordance with technical criteria specified in the job order and internally defined commercial objectives.
7. Taking active responsibility for orders during the processing phase, in the sense of intervening in the event of deviations and helping to find solutions, in cooperation with internal departments and also with field staff where applicable.
8. Managing customer relations and providing continuous feedback and support to program management throughout the entire project life cycle
9. Gather competitive product information (e.g. capabilities, pricing, sales strategies) and share with sales team members and the respective business team in order to update competitive sales tools and strengthen Distinctive Value Proposition (DVP).


Requirements:
1.Strong commercial/technical education and or/background with Electrical automation/mechanical BA relevant degree.
2.Sales professional with extensive experience (min. 3 years) in automation industry sales, welding sales is preferred.
3.High level of “self-management”
4.Clear and complete writing and speaking capability in English, German is a plus.
5.Capability to develop and implement detailed plans; accountable to deadline and budget.
6.Knowledge of machine automation(PLC, CNC), automotive assembly systems, applicationsof robotics, pneumatic & hydraulic design
7.Willing to travel
