First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire (managed by Accor), you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; previous experience in a Hotel or similar setting is required and previous experience working at the Front Desk is preferred
• Computer literate with strong abilities in Microsoft Office is required and prior experience working with a property management system, Lightspeed or a related system, is preferred
• Fluency in English with both verbal and written communication; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work a variety of shifts and days of the week, including overnights
