Front Desk Attendant
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
- Must greet all guests with warm and natural standard at every guest contact point.
- Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
- Monitor guest service constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guests satisfaction is being achieved through guests’ recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- Provide guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information at all time.
- Pre-assign rooms for pre registered, specific guests (VIPs), special requests reservations and tour groups.
- 在每一次与客人接触时,必须热情和自然地称呼,向客人问候。
- 履行被分配的职责,尽自己所能提高工作效率。
- 不断监控对客服务水平,通过客人的认可及热情,确保任何时间都能最大限度地令客人满意。
- 随时向客人提供最新,最准确的信息。
- 为即将到店登记的客人,常客和一些有特殊需求的客人以及团队客人提前安排房间。
