Night Manager

The Night Manager will lead the Fairmont Olympic culture on the overnight shift.  Acting as the graveyard MOD, this role will ensure the safety and security of our guests, assuring they will return time and time again.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the overnight service operations and keeping the building secure
• Maintaining efficient processes to close and open the operational day from a front office perspective
• Overseeing and motivating a team of guest services professionals to exacting luxury standards

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Extensive knowledge of luxury operating standards
• Proven experience in a Front Office setting
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of technology
• Experience and comfort responding to a variety of guest and building emergencies

 

Physical Requirements Include:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
