What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

• Consistently offer friendly and engaging service 
• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while following service standards 
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience to create a connection
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Ability to handle multi-tasking and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment 
• Must be able to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times  
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities 
• Must be highly responsible and reliable
• Prior experience working with Opera PMS or a related system; Microsoft windows experience is a plus
• Must be able to handle cash effectively and accurately 
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
