Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships and accounts
- Book appointments and classes
- Manage instructors’ schedule
- Handle incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Achieve team sales goal
- Assist Studio Manager in maintenance of studio facilities and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Experienced in front desk and/or customer service role
- Pleasant telephone manner and outgoing personality, with meticulous attention to detail
- Must be computer savvy
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Sales experience a plus
- Available to work during evenings and weekends
