Job Description
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ensure all the data to enter in the system properly.
- Works with FOM and Safety Team Leader on all safety related issues.
- Greets and ensures that all guests are assisted at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity.
- Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
- Performs check-in, check-out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the Hotel Systems.
- Keep abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures.
- Attends to guest's complaints, inquiries and requests, and refers the problems to the superior if unable to assist at the capacity.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.
- Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience.
