Front Office Team Leader 

 

The reception Team Leader welcomes the guest and provides support and leadership to all Reception Team Members.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Assist in conducting the training for all Front Office Team Members
• Assist in recruitment, performance review and PDP for the team.
• Ensure strict procedures are followed for all credit card transactions, accounting and banking procedures.
• Ensure department policies and procedures are well understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.

Customer relations:

• Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner
• Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay
• Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a rapid solution
• Ability to competently recount the hotel story to clientele.

 

Work Experience:

·  Great communication skills

·  Well organized

·  Previous experience in front office/ reception

·  Problem solving abilities
