Strong communication and collaboration with Creative Lead and team members, sharing lessons learned, research findings and industry best practices #### Position Requirements: Required Technical/Functional Skills: • Advanced skill level and up-to-date with the most current tools and trends for page design • International design sense and mindset. Ecommerce experience is highly desired. • Innate understanding of what appeals to the youth segment. Ability to keep up with international design trends • Knowledge of web development protocols and software required, including (HTML, CSS, XHTML) XML, HTML5 and (JavaScript/JQuery, ActionScript) familiarity but not required and basic knowledge of PHP • Understanding of web structures, navigation flows, and responsive web design including designing graphics for multiple break points and mobile phones • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines Required Education/Experience/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field Minimum of 2 years of creative content design experience, preferably within a web development environment. Preferred Technical/Functional Skills: • Ability to manage content in multiple content management systems simultaneously. • Willingness to perform production-type functions of image resizing and gallery creation and to follow corporate visual identity guidelines.
