Position Description: Job Description: • Create and deliver elegant visual interfaces uses user-centric design principles • Provide deliverable content such as wire-frames, site maps, page flow diagrams, comps and working prototypes. throughout the project process. • Collaborate with content writers and developers to design web pages that tell a product story and help customers make a purchase decision • Extend and contribute corporate branding styles to page designs, style guides and graphics. • Create design building blocks for global usage • Deliver technically correct design files that adhere to all size, weight, and identity guidelines • Conceive and create design solutions that address both the user’s goals as well as business goals • Highly confident and organized work flow 1\. Communications and collaboration among internal teams WMD, WW Brand & Events, Product Marketing and WW UX 2\. Exceptional designs for campaigns & events projects, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations and delivered within timeline 3\. Strong communication and collaboration with Creative Lead and team members, sharing lessons learned, research findings and industry best practices #### Position Requirements: Required Technical/Functional Skills: • Advanced skill level and up-to-date with the most current tools and trends for page design • International design sense and mindset. Ecommerce experience is highly desired. • Innate understanding of what appeals to the youth segment. Ability to keep up with international design trends • Knowledge of web development protocols and software required, including (HTML, CSS, XHTML) XML, HTML5 and (JavaScript/JQuery, ActionScript) familiarity but not required and basic knowledge of PHP • Understanding of web structures, navigation flows, and responsive web design including designing graphics for multiple break points and mobile phones • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines Required Education/Experience/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field Minimum of 2 years of creative content design experience, preferably within a web development environment. Preferred Technical/Functional Skills: • Ability to manage content in multiple content management systems simultaneously. • Willingness to perform production-type functions of image resizing and gallery creation and to follow corporate visual identity guidelines.
