Responsibilities:

• Participate in system design, development, testing and implementation of company’s next generation cloud based HRMS platform with a special focus on the H5 front-end platform

• Work with UIUX designer in converting design into H5 based web platform

• Ensure system performance and coding quality meeting latest standard

• Develop and bring new front-end development tools including vue.js, node.js, npm, webpack, cordova, etc.

• Explore new technologies especially open-source, new development tools, new algorithmic code where they can be possibly brought into the team.

• Produce code from ground up that utilize cutting-edge techniques that are portable to different platform and devices.

• Work with product teams across multiple sites.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

• Experienced in IT industry, preferably in software vendor or system integrator

• Hands-on experience on the any of the following:

o HTML5 and/or Javascript (Jquery, VueJS/AngularJS/NodeJS)

o Mobile App development (Android / IOS native or via cordova)

o Web service development

o RDMBS (MSSQL is a plus)

• Knowledge in .NET C# programming is a plus

• Candidate with innovative development, R&D experience is a plus

• 开发范围HTML5页面、微信小程序、通用类库开发；

• 对用户体验有追求；

• 与质量工程师紧密合作，达到软件开发高水准的质量要求；

• 按时保质保量完成领导交予的任务。

任职资格

• 有较好的沟通能力，有较强的学习能力和钻研精神，具备独立完成工作的能力，具有团队精神和高度的责任心；

• 具备以下工作经验者优先:

o HTML5 and/or Javascript (Jquery, AngularJS/NodeJS/VueJS)

o 手机APP开发(Android/IOS原生开发或Cordova)

o Web Service

o MSSQL

• 有基于.NET（C#）开发经验者优先；

• 有多层架构开发经验，有良好的设计思路和程序设计习惯，熟悉软件发展流程、设计模式、体系机构；

• 有人力资源软件研发工作经验者优先。
