Front End International Sales Manager - Hangzhou, China (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front end operations of our sales team, including prospecting, customer-facing negotiations, and proposal creation.

• Convert proposals into RFQs (Request for Quotation) and further transform RFQs into successful sales.

• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to the sales team on a monthly basis to achieve targets.

• Set clear instructions, manage the team effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Utilize CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, to track and optimize sales activities.

• Foster strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Utilize your native English language skills, with additional proficiency in Chinese being a significant advantage.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong background in prospecting, negotiations, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

• Previous experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, to streamline sales processes.

• Exceptional communication skills in English (native level) and additional proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.

• Ability to work on-site at our office in Hangzhou, China.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small sales team, providing mentorship and strategic direction.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
