The Sebel Sydney Chatswood is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our friendly Hotel team on a Part Time basis.

The Sebel Sydney Chatswood is a luxury apartment style property which is located in the heart of Chatswood and hosts both residents and guests. The Sebel Sydney Chatswood offers business and leisure guests luxury accommodation, as well as conferencing and events space.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Manager of each property you will be responsible for exceptional customer service to our guests and residents by responding to their requests promptly. This role is a true all-rounder position which will see you working in our Front Office team, assisting our Housekeeping team, and helping out in Conferencing and Events.
In this role you will be required to utilise the hotel PMS to accurately process and input all reservation types within the same working day, and assist our guests with check-ins and check outs. You will respond to guest calls promptly ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and will maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, ensure guest confidentiality, and follow procedures and processes in regards to credit and cash transactions. At times you may be required to assist guests with luggage and belongings, help the Housekeeping team with special requests, and set up our conference and events space and serve our clients ensuring total customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will be available to work a 7 day rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays. You will also bring with you previous hotel experience, ideally in both a Front Office capacity. You will ideally have knowledge of OPERA and Micros systems. You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will have a high standard of personal presentation, and above all else, your enthusiasm to provide our guests with an outstanding service will allow you to stand out from the rest. In addition, you will have unlimited working rights within Australia.
