About the Role

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Front Office All Rounders are ‘Service Spotters’ who play a critical role in facilitating memorable Guest Service experiences, whilst ensuring our Hotel junction is a vibrant environment.

Our Front Office All Rounders:

• Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience is delivered to all Guests at registration, during their stay and check out.
• Accurately and efficiently receive and process Guest reservations.
• Attend to all incoming calls, recording and distributing messages accurately.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends and event days.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• A confident and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to be carouse and listen intently in Guest interactions.
• A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Experience in a similar role is highly desired.
• A manual driver’s license is highly desired also, but not essential.
