Guest Service Agent - NIGHTS 
First impressions are everything, as a Front Office All Rounder - Nights,  in our Front office team, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.  This position has the opportunity to be developed into an ongoing Supervisory capacity as training & competancies are acheived.

What you will be doing:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Working predominately from 2300 - 0700 - we like to call this the Sunrise shift !
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• Attend to reservations in conjuction with our reservations team 
• Assisting the Night Manager to deliver on reporting from the day - some shifts 
• Prepare the reporting yourslef on other days 
• Ready the Front Office & Hotel for new day
• Prepare & deliver our "night walker" IRD menu as required 
• General housekeeping tasks 

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Dedicated "Night Owl" & own it 
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
