  • To deliver the most complete and personalized service as may be required in all areas of Guest Service Operations.
  • To assist hotel guest efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
  • To perform all Guest Service Tasks described under; Concierge, Cashier, Telephone Operator



Work Experience
  • Freshly graduate from college or minimum one year of work experience in similar profile in Front Office department in a 3,4 / 5 stars hotel/apartment establishment
  • Knowledge of computer and hotel software.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good social and interpersonal skills
  • Possess marketing and sales skills
  • Ability to do multitasking and work well under pressure
