- To deliver the most complete and personalized service as may be required in all areas of Guest Service Operations.
- To assist hotel guest efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
- To perform all Guest Service Tasks described under; Concierge, Cashier, Telephone Operator
Work Experience
- Freshly graduate from college or minimum one year of work experience in similar profile in Front Office department in a 3,4 / 5 stars hotel/apartment establishment
- Knowledge of computer and hotel software.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good social and interpersonal skills
- Possess marketing and sales skills
- Ability to do multitasking and work well under pressure
