Guest Service Associate- Front Office 

First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and booking rooms.

• Maintain high standards of customer services at the Reception desk so that customers’ expectations are consistently exceeded.

• To maintain Front Office log book and shift reports

• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in an effective manner.

• Liaise with other departments for the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• At least one years experience in asimilar role.

• Knowledge of Opera

• Excellent communicationskills

• Ability towork under pressure.
