Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk on the daily operations. Prepare and run daily front office operations reports and check lists.
- Handle the room inventory to ensure all rooms are yield to maximum during full house period.
- Work closely with all colleagues to ensure recognitions are met for our guests Input and update guests’ profiles and preferences at all times.
- Assist in follow-up of all guest incident and record in system and OPERA.
Job Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years managerial or above related experience at 5-star international hotels.
- High school diploma or equivalent .
*Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Technically well-verse in hotel PMS operations/interface/conversions/ night audit
