Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front desk on the daily operations. Prepare and run daily front office operations reports and check lists.
  • Handle the room inventory to ensure all rooms are yield to maximum during full house period.
  • Work closely with all colleagues to ensure recognitions are met for our guests Input and update guests’ profiles and preferences at all times.
*Personally handle guest issues, special request and ensure our guests have an impeccable experience. * Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Assist in follow-up of all guest incident and record in system and OPERA.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years managerial or above related experience at 5-star international hotels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent .

*Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Technically well-verse in hotel PMS operations/interface/conversions/ night audit
