Job Description
Front Office Manager M/F – CDI
Are you dynamic, smiling and organized? Do you like customer contact and have a sense of welcome and service? Then you are the person we are looking for!
Mains tasks:
- Ensures that the guest’s stay in the hotel runs smoothly.
- Manages and motivates the reception teams to provide a quality service to the customer.
- Ensures that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the department are met.
- Develops turnover by selling and managing the hotel’s accommodation turnover.
Main responsibilities:
- Establishes a quality relationship with the customer, throughout their stay, in order to build loyalty.
- Takes into account and anticipates the needs of the client
- Handles complaints when its employees cannot deal with them and provides a quick solution.
- Conveys the hotel’s image.
- Is responsible for the correct application of the hotel’s pricing policy.
- Ensures compliance with the application of internal audit procedures.
- Develops the motivation and support of its teams by creating a good working climate.
- Participates in recruitment.
Education/work experience:
- BTS and/or professional degree in hotel and catering.
- Significant experience in a contact profession.
- Experience in team management
- Mastery of the IT environment.
- Fluency in French and professional English (a third language would be a plus)
