Job Description

Front Office Manager M/F – CDI

Are you dynamic, smiling and organized? Do you like customer contact and have a sense of welcome and service? Then you are the person we are looking for!

 

Mains tasks:

  • Ensures that the guest’s stay in the hotel runs smoothly.
  • Manages and motivates the reception teams to provide a quality service to the customer.
  • Ensures that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the department are met.
  • Develops turnover by selling and managing the hotel’s accommodation turnover.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establishes a quality relationship with the customer, throughout their stay, in order to build loyalty.
  • Takes into account and anticipates the needs of the client
  • Handles complaints when its employees cannot deal with them and provides a quick solution.
  • Conveys the hotel’s image.
  • Is responsible for the correct application of the hotel’s pricing policy.
  • Ensures compliance with the application of internal audit procedures.
  • Develops the motivation and support of its teams by creating a good working climate.
  • Participates in recruitment.

Education/work experience:

  • BTS and/or professional degree in hotel and catering.
  • Significant experience in a contact profession.
  • Experience in team management
  • Mastery of the IT environment.
  • Fluency in French and professional English (a third language would be a plus)
