Front Office Manager
Inspiring and engaging. As a Front Office Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Rooms Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director & Assistant Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
  • Manage and coordinate all Group and Individual arrivals.
  • Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams.
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Ensure effective productivity of all Colleagues through staff scheduling and adhering to budget guidelines
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Complete all project work in a timely manner.
  • Follow all safety policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role required.
  • A minimum of one year’s front office management experience required.
  • Previous experience with a Property Management system required.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
