Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

Fluent in English and Japanese / can be foreign nationality as long as they are fluent in both languages.
Minimum 3 years in AFOM / FOM in international hotel brand.
Hands on management style with team spirit.
Well-developed communication and customer skills.
Solid knowledge of Opera and MS Office.
Flexible working hours.
 
 
WHAT YOU WILLBE DOING:
 
As a FOM, it provides leadership and strategic direction for the team
(the team consists of Front Office / Guest Service / Concierge sections).
Through a hands-on management style, you are responsible for driving growth in every aspect of your team,
from service levels,profitability, operational evolution to team development.
