Job Description
  • Responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Front Office.
  • Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the ibis branding order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
  • Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the General Manager and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for the Department to the Hotel Management on a monthly basis.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years experience in Front Office Management position with international hotel chain.
  • Proficient in OPERA system.
  • Strong in English communication.
  • Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
  • Compute literate.
