- Responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Front Office.
- Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the ibis branding order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
- Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the General Manager and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for the Department to the Hotel Management on a monthly basis.
Work Experience
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in Front Office Management position with international hotel chain.
- Proficient in OPERA system.
- Strong in English communication.
- Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
- Compute literate.
