The Sebel East Perth is currently seeking a Front Office Manager to join our dynamic and professional team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The key priorities for the Front Office Manager:

• Overseeing both the Front Office and Housekeeping team to ensure that requests are completed accurately and efficiently; focusing on guest needs as a priority.
• Establish training needs, coach and mentor our members of the Front Office and Housekeeping team.
• Ensure that all brand standards are maintained, profitability is maximised and customer needs are met.

Your ability to ‘surprise and delight’ our guests coupled with your curious and innovative nature will set you apart from the rest. You are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation along with a strong knowledge of the hotel and its surrounding area.

To be successful in this role you will have unlimited working rights in Australia, the ability to work a seven day rotating roster and experience in a Front Office role preferably in hotels.
