Job Description
Your Experience & Skills Include:
•Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 1 year in similar role.
•Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
•Successful Pre-opening experience records a distinct advantage
•Mumbai market experience is a plus
What will you be doing:
- To assist in ensuring that the front office department is managed succesfully as independent profit centre.
- To Liaise with Revenue Department and Reservations Department ro ensure the proper market mix to achieve the maximum room revenue and provide sales lead.
- To ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to
- To establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and hanle guest complaints, requiests and enquiries on Front Office services.
