Job Description

Your Experience & Skills Include:

Minimum 10  years of experience  of which at least 1 year in similar role.

Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.

Successful Pre-opening experience records a distinct advantage
 
Mumbai market experience is a plus
 

What will you be doing:

- To assist in ensuring that the front office department is managed succesfully as independent profit centre.

- To Liaise with Revenue Department and Reservations Department ro ensure the proper market mix to achieve the maximum room revenue and provide sales lead. 

- To ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to

- To establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and hanle guest complaints, requiests and enquiries on Front Office services.
