THE ROLE 

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for all of the reception, concierge and parking operations. 

You're the type of who loves to make people feel welcomed and feel valued. Creating a sense of belonging comes natural and you love to solve problems with genuine empathy. 

We are looking for somebody who will develop loyalty with both guests and team members through recognition and meaningful gestures. The ideal will take pride in the presentation of their department while working with a ‘whole hotel’ mindset through open collaboration. 

While knowledge of Opera would be beneficial, it is in no way essential. However, this hotel will pioneer a number of new initiatives that will require a sense of adaptability and embracement of all things technology.
