Located in the Perth West End, ibis Perth sits just 300m from the Murray and Hay Street shopping malls. Featuring 192 air conditioned rooms, the ibis is the ultimate Perth hotel for either business or leisure travel. The hotel bistro serves great-value meals daily, and guests can relax after a busy day at Rubix Bar, which offers meals and drinks, and bursts into life on weekends with a real party atmosphere. Ideal for functions, ibis Perth also offers three meeting rooms catering for 200 people.

We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for service to join our dedicated Front Office Team as Front Office Manager.

We are seeking someone who was born for the hospitality industry and who is hungry to build their career within Accor. You will be a driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience.

Reporting to the General Manager you will lead the Front Office Team, driving guest service initiatives whilst empowering the team to go the extra mile for our guests. You will coach and mentor the team to grow their career, whilst capitalising on networking and learning opportunities for your own career growth and development. Ideally you will have Front Office Management experience in a similar role with exposure to Opera PMS or similar. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a flexible 7 day roster.

The Front Office Manager role is pivotal to the daily operation of the hotel and provides the perfect platform for career growth and development, gaining exposure across all areas of the hotel. This is a role where you can really make a name for yourself!
