Job Description

Inspiring and engaging. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to support the Front Office department, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.
What you will be doing:

  • Supervise and support all aspects of the Front Office department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet our financial and service goals
  • Check in & check out
  • Daily routines such as checklists, procedures, systems check…
  • Collaborate to the implementation and follow up of action plans and goals

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience as Front Office Supervisor (at least 2 years)
  • Hospitality Management, Business or College degree in a similar sector 
  • Spanish and English proficiency
  • Highly organized, goal and result oriented
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience is preferred 
  • Prior experience working with Opera
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance and operational excellence
