Job Description
1、Receiving Visitors

Responsible for receiving visitors, greeting each guest with enthusiasm and professionalism, guiding them to the designated area to wait, and promptly notifying the visitor.

Register visitors, including name, organization, visit time, and the person visited, ensuring accurate and error-free information.

2、Answering and transferring calls

Answer the company's switchboard phone, politely responding to the caller's inquiries, and providing accurate answers to questions that can be answered promptly.

Transfer calls accurately to the relevant department or person, ensuring smooth communication. For important or urgent calls, it is necessary to convey relevant information promptly to avoid delays.

3、Other administrative tasks

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the front desk area, keeping the company's image in good condition.

Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superior leaders, such as assisting in organizing company activities.
