Job Description
- To ensure compliance of relevant national laws, regulations, guidelines and policies.
- Plan, prioritize and manage field service activities with initial expertise on fuel handling equipment and systems, prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that customer service agreements are fulfilled
- Develop, evaluate and review FS procedures and standards consistent with Westinghouse or customer requirements depending on initiator of the procedures; monitor the cost, mitigate issues and ensure effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards.
- During the Field Service Project, to perform tech/service leader responsibilities and overall supervision activities
- Responsible to follow and lead Nuclear Safety principles
- Create customer driven technical descriptions, technical marketing material and providing cost estimates for customer orders.
- Lead the Field Service team to provide a high level of technical input and support of fuel handling equipment with a focus on equipment installations, reliability and maintainability.
- At times communicates directly with relevant management to share FS lessons learned, lead discuss issues in order to solve the problem on site
- Lead the team to abide and implement EHS & HUP standards and requirements
- Responsible for annual performance assessment of the team members, and give feedback
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Minimum Requirements
- Familiar with the procedure of installation, setup, troubleshoot, testing, and maintain refueling equipment and cranes at customer sites
- 8 years or more working experiences (3 to 5 years field experience preferred)
- Experience in the nuclear industry and good Mechanical, Electrical & Software Skills preferred.
- Be able to communicate in English fluently
- Strategic thinking, change management, communication, planning and organization ability, employee development ability, team cooperation ability
