Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Startup business for Cleaning Evaluation in Taiwan
- Monitor operational processes to identify areas that hinder goal/objective achievements
- Validate the effectiveness of any related corrective action needed addressing in performance using established metrics/dashboards
- BOM Maintenance Management – Manage setup process for New Contract/Eval/Demo kits and BOM changes post contract start.
- Identify gaps and need for improvement to processes and systems
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Transition TKM 2.0 Period – Monitor / Drive through the review process
- Interface with Internal Stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve part escalations in a particular region or customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Above 8 years relevant experience in a large international company
- Proven experience in Project/Program Management: able to drive project to deliver results on time
- Experienced in after-sales operations in the Semiconductor industry
- Great coordination experience, be able to drive cooperative decision making and alignment across function & department
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint: able to manage and analyze data, produce PPT decks, and present to Management/Executive
- Familiar with SAP is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
