Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Startup business for Cleaning Evaluation in Taiwan
  • Monitor operational processes to identify areas that hinder goal/objective achievements
  • Validate the effectiveness of any related corrective action needed addressing in performance using established metrics/dashboards
  • BOM Maintenance Management – Manage setup process for New Contract/Eval/Demo kits and BOM changes post contract start.
  • Identify gaps and need for improvement to processes and systems
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Transition TKM 2.0 Period – Monitor / Drive through the review process
  • Interface with  Internal Stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve part escalations in a particular region or customer 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Above 8 years relevant experience in a large international company
  • Proven experience in Project/Program Management: able to drive project to deliver results on time
  • Experienced in after-sales operations in the Semiconductor industry
  • Great coordination experience, be able to drive cooperative decision making and alignment across function & department
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint: able to manage and analyze data, produce PPT decks, and present to Management/Executive
  • Familiar with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
