We are currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle various accounting duties for our China division. The potential candidate must have bookkeeping/accounting experience and college degree. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the apparel or fashion industries and/or have experience with Manufacturing. This individual will report directly to the home office accountant in the U.S. Must be HIGHLY proficient in English, organized and detail-oriented.

Job duties include:
Daily communication with home office accountant in U.S.
Preparing invoices and statements from suppliers and factories
Tracking and accounting for various material purchases
Distributing funds sent from US to appropriate vendors and accounting for them properly
Tracking deposits paid to supplier vendors and ensuring costs are accurate and reasonable
Supplying daily reports and statements to US office accountant as requested

Job Requirements Include:
3-5 years of accounting experience, manufacturing background preferred
College degree in accounting/Finance
Excellent written and oral English
Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel)
Highly organized and detail oriented
Responsibility and flexibility in all tasks assigned
